General
You may return most new, unopened items within ten (10) days of delivery for a full refund. We do not pay for return shipping costs. Items should be returned in their original product packaging. Simply contact us via the form below under Refund Request and we will guide you through the process.
Receiving a Refund
After we receive and process your return, we will refund your money via PayPal (to the originating account) within five (5) business days. Final approval of returns is subject to inspection for condition and suitability for restocking.
